WardroVision Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WardroVision application and services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Prohibition of illegal content

You must not upload, publish, store, or share through the Service any content that is unlawful, including in particular:

• content that includes or exploits sexual depictions of minors or otherwise constitutes child sexual abuse material;
• content that promotes terrorism, unlawful violence, hatred, or discrimination in violation of applicable law;
• content that infringes third-party rights (including copyright and personality rights);
• content that constitutes a criminal offence or administrative violation under applicable law in Poland and/or the European Union.

This prohibition applies to images and other media as well as text (descriptions, comments, tags, etc.).

2. Intermediary obligations and cooperation with authorities

Depending on our role and applicable law (including EU rules on digital services), we may be required to respond to notices regarding illegal content, including by removing or restricting visibility, and to notify competent authorities where required by law.

In cases involving the most serious offences (including child sexual exploitation), we may cooperate with law enforcement and other competent bodies in accordance with applicable law and lawful orders.

3. Content removal and account termination

We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or the law. We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms or as required by law or competent authorities.

Account deletion by you: You may delete your account from the app settings (“Delete account”) where available for your account type. Account deletion is irreversible to the extent described in the app.

4. Reporting violations

You may report illegal content or violations of these Terms to contact@wardrovision.com. We may also forward information to competent authorities where appropriate.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will inform you of material changes in an appropriate way (e.g. in the app or on the website). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
